Pre Competition and Rhythmflex
This is all about development of apparatus and body technique. In these classes the coach will develop your child towards competing in the levels programme. Your child will develop skills and confidence and work towards personal goals. Your child will also learn rhythm, learn how to remember a sequence of steps, and basic handling and body skills.

Levels (Nationals programme)
At Xtreme we train gymnasts who compete from level 1 through to level 10. Your child will be placed in the appropriate level following assessment by a senior coach. Depending on the level your child competes in, they will compete using apparatus including rope, ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon and freehand.

Groups
At Xtreme we do groups based on interests. We can do grade1 right up to senior international group (grade 7).
Each group is based on availability, age and ability of gymnasts. Groups do most apparatus of free, ball, rope, hoop, clubs, and ribbon. This is dependent of grade.
